At Arigato for Wellbeing, I offer a gentle, supportive space where you and your birth partner can learn proven techniques to reduce anxiety, manage sensations and prepare for a positive birth — whatever path your journey takes.

What is hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing combines relaxation, breathing techniques, mindfulness and education to help you feel empowered and confident throughout pregnancy and birth.


Rather than being something you “do” during labour, it’s a mindset you develop,

one that replaces fear with calm, and uncertainty with trust.

I am a fully accredited KGHypnobirthing practitioner, teaching directly from this respected, evidence-based programme while also weaving in additional tools and techniques that make my classes unique, holistic and deeply supportive.

Why choose me?

Becoming a mum has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and supporting others as they begin their own journey into parenthood fills me with joy.

Although I didn’t know about hypnobirthing when I first gave birth, I instinctively stayed calm and focused on my breath — trusting my body and tuning out distractions.

 

Looking back, I now realise I was naturally doing what KGHypnobirthing teaches: connecting with your body, your baby, and the power of calm, confident birth.

With a background in teaching and a deep understanding of emotional wellbeing, I’m passionate about helping families feel informed, supported and empowered.

 

My courses combine KGHypnobirthing’s accredited, evidence-based techniques with compassionate, holistic care.

Hypnobirthing isn’t just for one type of birth — it’s for everyone, whether you’re planning to welcome your baby at home, in a birth centre, or in hospital. It helps you:

  • Understand how your body works in labour

  • Release fear and tension through relaxation and hypnosis

  • Make informed choices for you and your baby

  • Feel calm, confident, and in control

As a solution-focused hypnotherapist, I also bring tools to support your emotional wellbeing, self-trust and connection with your baby. Optional intuitive healing sessions can help deepen relaxation and ease any lingering tension or anxiety.

My own path to motherhood has shaped how I teach. Having experienced both joy and loss, I understand how varied the journey can be — and I hold space for every story with kindness, compassion and care.

Each course is designed to help you feel grounded, confident and supported, so you can prepare for the positive, empowering birth you deserve.

Course Options

I offer both group and one-to-one courses, which are available both in person and online, so you can choose the format that suits you best:

Group Courses -
In Person

Join a small, welcoming group of parents-to-be and learn together in a supportive, relaxed setting.


Group classes are ideal if you’d like to share your experience, make connections, and feel part of a nurturing community.

Each course includes:

  • Six sessions (approx. 2 hours each) covering the full KGHypnobirthing programme

  • Course handbook and audio resources for continued practice

  • Ongoing email support from Sarah throughout your pregnancy

Whichever path you choose, you’ll receive my full care and attention,  helping you feel calm, capable and confident as you prepare to welcome your baby into the world.

Private Courses -
Online

Perfect for couples who prefer individual guidance or flexible scheduling.


These one-to-one sessions take place online, allowing you to enjoy fully personalised support from the comfort of your own home.
